On May 21, the CRD Water Supply Commission passed the following motion:
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Regional Water Supply Commission direct
staff to report on the potential impact of the South Island Aggregates facility on the
Sooke Lake water supply in light of new information considered during the BC
Environmental Assessment Board process.
This motion will need to move forward to the CRD Board. It is not on this week’s CRD Board Agenda – I will post it here when it does come onto the agenda.
